First, choose whether you would like to shop for parts and accessories, appliances or electronics. Then, click on the appropriate category along the left. Shopping tools that match your choice will appear along the left.

To find products to shop for, simply fill out the search criteria along the left. You may search by type of product, brand, and/or price. Once the product listing displays, select a type of product by clicking on your choice. To scroll through the list, click on the up and down arrows on the gray bar to the right of the menu.

If you would like to refine your search by brand, put check marks next to the brands you would like to see. To do this, click in the box next to your chosen brands. If you do not check anything, you will see all possible brands.

To select products by price, use the pull down menu as described above for the product search. You may search by each of the aforementioned criteria, or a combination of two or three. When you have finished making your selections, click on the button at the bottom.

You may also search for the specific product you are looking for if you have the model number. Just click in the blank field and type the model number in the field. Then click the "GO' button to the right of the field. When you submit your search criteria, the products that match will appear in the frame on the right.

The products that you have chosen will appear on the right hand side of your screen. They are listed with product information such as brand, link to the specification page (includes in-depth information), color, description, and price. If your criteria lists more than 10 items, the list will continue onto further pages. To scroll between the pages, you can use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen. NOTE: You may sort the listed products by Price and by Model Number by clicking on the corresponding links at the top of the list.

If you would like to add one of these items to your cart, click on the button for that product. You may continue shopping by initiating a new search along the left with new criteria. After making your selections, it is time to check out. To initiate the check out, click the button at the bottom of the page. Be sure to note warranty and delivery information for your product(s), as extended services may be offered.

Once you have chosen your item(s) and warranty options, customer identification information will be collected so that you can receive your new purchase. To fill out the required information, just click in the the blank field and type in the appropriate response. To answer a question that uses radio buttons, click in the circle next to your answer. You may also need to use pull down menus for certain fields. In that case, simply click on the arrow next to the first choice and click on your selection. After you have filled out all required information on each page click on the button. Once all relevant details have been collected, you may review your order and submit it to our store.
