What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

Your BrandSource dealer will notify you of the inventory status of your order. If the product you have ordered is back ordered or due in at a later date, your BrandSource dealer will give you additional options in product choices. At times the manufacturer will replace a current line product with a new model year product. In this case your BrandSource dealer will explain the differences, if any, between the product you ordered and the product that is replacing the model that you ordered. FAQs

Can you special order an item that's not in the Online Store?

If the product you wish to order is currently available from the manufacturer, we will be happy to order if for you. Please contact us through our website, or try our online assistance. FAQs

What do I do if I need service?

The majority of BrandSource stores are authorized to service what they sell. If not, they can direct you to the nearest factory authorized service center. BrandSource maintains a copy of your sales receipt in case you need to prove your purchase date for warranty purposes. FAQs

What do I do if there are no BrandSource stores near me to deliver the product?

BrandSource has over 2,200 stores in 48 states, so we have a store in most locations. However, in the event there is not a BrandSource store near you we will try to locate a retailer in your area who will honor the BrandSource price and deliver your product promptly. FAQs

Rebates offered by Manufacturers

Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase and UPC codes from the original packaging are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent. FAQs

New Product Manufacturer's Warranties

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty periods and service varies by manufacturer and product. Factory Authorized Service Guarantee

BrandSource provides factory authorized service on most products we sell. In a few instances, faster repairs under manufacturer's warranty may be obtained directly from the manufacturer's service center by mailing the product to them. This is because some manufacturers require warranty repairs to be performed by their own service organization. BrandSource also provides in-home service in many areas for large TVs and major appliances. FAQs

For most products that we sell, we offer our customers the ability to purchase our Performance Guarantee for coverage above and beyond the manufacturer's factory warranty. Some of the benefits of our Performance Guarantee include:

  • Power Surge Protection: Unlike most manufacturer warranties, we provide complete coverage for damage caused by power surges, brownouts or other power line conditions.
  • Nationwide Service: Available through any of our over 2200 stores! If no store is near you, we can arrange for service at a factory authorized service center that is close to you.
  • Factory Authorized Parts and Technicians: Make sure the job is done right and that your covered product performs to factory specifications. Each repair is backed by our Guarantee of your Satisfaction.
  • Guaranteed Replacement of Non-Repairable Items: If we can't repair your covered product, we will replace it with a comparable product if the same product is no longer available.
  • Our Performance Guarantees are underwritten by an A rated or better insurance company for your total protection.

While BrandSource and its webmaster make every attempt to assure correct online pricing and availability, occasionally a software error or glitch may occur. What are the delivery and shipping options and costs for online orders?

Delivery

Whenever possible, your new purchase will be delivered by the BrandSource dealer nearest you. The charge for delivery for most products is $44.95. A complete list of the delivery services you may expect are covered in our Delivery section of the BrandSource.com web site.

Shipping, Delivery and Store Pickup Options

Standard Home Delivery – Includes items that can be shipped via common carrier such as UPS and FedEx.

Special Delivery – Coordinated by our BrandSource retail stores, this includes items such as projection TVs, Major Appliances, Furniture Products.

Store Pickup – You can avoid all shipping costs by picking up your purchase(s) at a store near you.

Please Note – To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person who made the purchase may pick up items in the store.FAQs

How to calculate your order's arrival date

For smaller products being shipped, total delivery time is based on order processing time plus your shipping time. The shipping method you choose determines your order's arrival date.

Order processing time includes credit verification and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse in 2 to 3 days. Can I make purchases if I live outside the United States?
