Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled prior to delivery or orders that must be exchanged because of an incorrect size will be charged a $50 restocking fee, or 10% of the order, whichever is greater.

Order Follow Up
Your order will be assigned to a BrandSource dealer in your area whenever possible. You will be notified by e-mail of the store name and the phone number. In many cases, the dealer's contact name will also be provided.
Your BrandSource dealer will be contacting you within 24 hours of placing your order. Some BrandSource dealers may be closed on Sundays; please add an additional day for Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders. You may initiate contact directly with your BrandSource dealer for delivery scheduling if you choose.
